The Regents come into the game today at 2-13. A few common opponents for the teams this season, both teams lost to Blackburn, Lakeland, Grace Bible, and Maranatha Baptist. The one difference would be the Regents defeated Eureka 2-0 while the Blue Angels lost to the Red Devils 3-2.

Rockford's Giovana Ortega leads the Regents with six goals on 28 shots this season. The midfielder is the focus on offense for the Regents as she leads the pack with 13 points. Defensively the team's goal is routinely secured by one of two goalkeepers, Avery Jones and Gris Mendoza. Mendoza leads with 90 saves and a .726 save percentage.

The Blue Angels come into the game with an identical 2-13 record. The Blue Angels offense has recently seen a surge in production. The main cogs in that offense are Karina Salgado (Fr./Chicago, Ill.) and Ashley Pfeifer (Fr./Elkhart Lake, Wis.). The duo have been responsible for 14 of the 22 goals for the Blue Angels and have been a big reason for the recent two game winning streak.

As always Becky Onan (So./Grafton, Wis.) leads the team with an amazing 182 saves, good enough for third in the entire NCAA DIII. Onan's .795 save percentage is just 11 percentage points behind Great South Athletic Conference leader Centara Nulf from Wesleyan (Ga.).
