Milwaukee, Wis.. -- The Mount Mary University Blue Angels welcomed the Olivet Nazarene Tigers onto campus for a mid-week soccer matchup. The Tigers clawed through and won the matchup 7-0.
Anna Corpas Salcedo grabbed a career-high of 15 saves on the night. The midfielders were working hard and able to swing the ball into the attack. Due to the hustle, two Blue Angels were able to record shots, Talina Avila and Gabriela Chagas. Despite being low on numbers, the heart and hustle never left the pitch.
The Blue Angels Soccer team will be travelling to St. Francis on Saturday, October 4th at 1:00 p.m. Coverage for all things MMU soccer can be found at mtmaryathletics.com. Additional coverage can be found on Instagram @blueangels.soccer and Facebook @Mount Mary University Women's Soccer.
