NCAA Era Series: Rams lead 3-0.

The Rams come into the game today at 7-8-1. In common opponents, NCU lost to Maranatha Baptist and went 1-0-1 against Crown. MMU lost both games to those teams.

Perhaps a lopsided attack, but the productive offense of the rams is powered by Dakotah Sparrman. Sparmann leads the team in goals (23), assists (5), shots (85) and overall points (51).

Heather Campbell takes care of goalkeeping, leading the team with 87 saves and a .702 save percentage.

The Rams are coming into the game after their 1-2 road trip, but at home NCU is a solid 3-2.

After a two game win streak, the Blue Angels hit a dry spell against Rockford generating three shots in 90 minutes. The 9-0 undermanned loss showed how vital the team play is for MMU.

Becky Onan (So./Grafton, Wis.) is second in the nation in saves with 197. After the rough outing against the Regents, Onan is still at fourth in the Great South Athletic Conference in save percentage.

Offensively the Blue Angels have had a few different pieces of the puzzle take charge. One of those, Karina Salgado (Fr./Chicago, Ill.)  now leads the assists column in the GSAC with eight and is fourth in overall points (18), just one point behind her teammate Ashley Pfeifer (Fr./Elkhart Lake, Wis.).
