Chicago, IL- Playing a third straight game in the state of Illinois on Friday, the Mount Mary Blue Angel softball team faced a tall task against the Cougars of St. Xavier University.
St. Xavier would take the single CCAC contest by a final score of 13-0.
The Cougars would score ten runs in the game's first three innings and control the proceedings from there.
For the Blue Angels, Amanda Nance provided a single in the 5th inning and Ava Flannery reached base with a walk.
