Spring has officially sprung, and its a great time to keep your focus on fitness! This February, MMU Athletics launched the Blue Angel Fitness Challenge—an individual activity regimen centered around three broad areas of wellness: physical fitness, nutrition, and mental health.
Mount Mary community members are encouraged to accomplish a trio of daily goals—one per each of these three areas—as designated by a printable calendar. The Challenge will span the entire spring semester, with a new month bringing new specific fitness and health goals. As the calendar turns, so will new challenges!
Color in the boxes once each daily goal is achieved, and at the end of the month, show off your progress!
