Cross Country opens season at UW-Parkside
Kenosha, WI - Friday saw the debut of the 2025 Mount Mary University Cross Country team, as well as their new head coach Brady Hunt.
In the Vic Godrey Invitational at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Mount Mary finished 8th in the 10 team event.
Seven Blue Angel runners completed the 4k race, headlined by Maya Morales in 84th place and Calyse Hardnett in 85th. Both Morales and Hardnett finished the race in just under 21 minutes.
Vanessa Diaz finished in 91st place at 24:39, followed by Natalia Valdez and Jennifer Villarreal in 93rd and 94th, respectively.
Rounding out the seven finishers for MMU were Taylor Hames and Ashley Isaacs.
