The Muskies hail from the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference and are 1-4 on the season. Their most recent affair was a 4-2 loss to Beloit College. The one common opponent for these two teams is Eureka College. The Muskies won convincingly 9-0, and the Blue Angels lost 3-2 to the Red Devils.

Mimi Pulido leads Lakeland with eight goals, one assist and a team leading 17 points. Pulido's numbers have her sitting on top of the NACC in goals and points.

MMU is coming off a tough loss to Finlandia (1-4) in a very close 1-0 game. Becky Onan (So./Grafton, Wis.) has done her best to turn away the defense as she has 75 saves already on the season.

The two goals for the Blue Angels on the season were both scored by Ashley Pfeifer (Fr./Elkhart Lake, Wis.), and both off a pass from Karina Salgado (Fr./Chicago, Ill.). The rookies have shown flashes of great play already just five games into the season.
