OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Mount Mary University golf team began their 2019 season today at the Titan Classic. The Blue Angels participated in the biggest tournament in program history and finished 12 th on day one with host UW-Oshkosh taking first.
Leading the way for the Blue Angels was Haley Jacquez (Sr./Oakley, Calif.). The senior averaged a 124.5 last season, and began this season with a 128 on the 18-hole round. Teammate and newcomer Jaclyn Hofstetter (Sr./Dainer, Ill.) finished just one stroke behind Jacquez with a 129, which placed Hofstetter at 60th overall in day one.
